All in all, a good read. The Numbers is an intriguing read; I
found the read was a bit rough at times though. It felt a little rushed
sometimes and too much going on too fast but other than that I liked it. I do
want to find out what happens though. The story has great potential. I loved
the unique storyline and how different it is from other books out there!
In this sequel to The Chosen, Kaia returns after a five year
disappearance. While she was gone the Tueors’ leader has created a “Numbers”
system, A way to track Demigods. Kaia is finally ready to come out of hiding
and fulfill her duty to find and protect the treasures of the gods. But before that
even happens her guide Catrina gets herself into some big trouble and it will
take all of them and a few new friends to save her..
But what happens when some of the treasures nor Catrina are
what they appear to be? With time closing in around them and people after them
knowing who to trust is a very big question.
