Strange Angels (Strange Angels #1)

Strange Angels (Strange Angels #1)  by Lili St. Crow

Rating

Dru Anderson has what her grandmother called "the touch." (Comes in handy when you're traveling from town to town with your dad, hunting ghosts, suckers, wulfen, and the occasional zombie.)

Then her dad turns up dead - but still walking - and Dru knows she's next. Even worse, she's got two guys hungry for her affections, and they're not about to let the fiercely independent Dru go it alone. Will Dru discover just how special she really is before coming face-to-fang with whatever - or whoever - is hunting her?

The beginning of this book was a little slow for me but after a while it started to pick up and get into things. I was not really for how much Dru felt bad for her self and how helpless she seemed even after all the training her dad gave her.  It was really hard for her when her father went out on one of his missions and came back as a zombie. He was the only family she had left. Her mother was killed when she was a child and then her Gran passed away. But when she meets a homeless boy and he helps her out and shows her she's not alone. Then when they are attacked in her home by things you would only find in Grimm's books everything seems change. A djamphir boy shows up to help her and tells her what she is and has trouble coming to terms with it.
