Hello everyone I'd like to welcome Chael Who is here with us today to kick off His Blog tour.

Hi Chael, with your blog tours just starting you have to be very busy. Thank you for making time to talk with us today.

No problem, Steph. Thanks for having me.

How did you first meet Mireille Chester?

I woke her up one night. Really, that’s the best way to describe it. I believe it was a dream about two big Knights beating up on a smaller one.

Did you ever think that your life would end up being in a book?

Never. I mean, who thinks their life is that exciting. It’s just my life. The fact that Mireille thought it exciting enough to write down for others to see, well, that’s flattering.

What are your favorite scenes in your book: the action, the dialog or the romance?

I’d have to go with the dialogue. There are some fantastic conversations in this story. The point of views are so interesting and the characters so diverse.

Did you have a hard time convincing Mireille to write any particular scenes for you?

Yes. In fact, it’s one of the scenes I’ve heard the most exclamations of surprise over. I believe you were a huge fan of the big reveal. Can you believe she wasn’t going to put that in? She actually thought of changing my secret because she was sure it might not go over well with some readers. I convinced her otherwise and so far, it seems to have paid off.

Do you ever infiltrate her dreams?

All the time. It’s one of the best ways to get her attention. The woman has at least a dozen voices talking to her at once at all times. If you want your story to get heard, getting into her dreams and waking her at three in the morning is always your best bet.

What do you like to do when you are not being actively read somewhere?

I love to take Klora out for long rides. And Wisk, of course. I can’t go anywhere without him, either. We’ve been doing a lot of traveling lately. There are so many places I haven’t been.

What is your least favorite characteristic your writer has attributed to you?

I sort of come off as a goody goody. I’d like to take this opportunity to bring up the fact that I am not perfect. I wish Mireille would have taken the time to write in a few of my not so honorable moments. Or maybe those will be told in another story. The woman never stops thinking of these things.

Do have any secret aspirations that Mireille doesn’t know about?

Not for myself in particular. I think my life has been exciting enough for the time being. Should I have the blessing of having children, I’d like to think they will be honorable and loyal and that their lives be meaningful.
