 (Overview)
Julia is finally discovering what–not who–she is.

Like any sixteen-year-old, Julia's used to dealing with problems. From her overprotective father to her absent mother to a teacher who definitely has it in for her. But everything changes when Julia's reactions become oddly vicious and angry---more animal than human. This action-packed adventure has it all: humor, romance, and a plot that will keep you guessing to the very last page.

I really enjoyed this book and the cover is just beautiful. I would have given 5 stars but I think Julia’s character could have been stronger, but there was room for her to grow into a strong woman and I hope to see that in book 2.
Julia thinks she’s just a normal sixteen-year-old girl, she goes to school does her homework, hangs out with her friends.  Her father is a bit overprotective but what dad is not heh. Her Mother has been absent from her life since she was about 4 months old.

But soon everything changes for Julia when she gets mad she starts getting really angry and starts to lose control of herself. She has no clue what is happening to her it’s almost as if she’s acting like an animal. When she finds out her father has been hiding something life changing from her she gets very angry. When he finally sits down to tell her they are forced to leave the place she grew up and go back to where she was born. For her own safety her father takes her to this school that will teach her how to deal with what she is going through. . But not everyone at the school is who they claim to be. Someone wants her to find something that can be used agents the people she loves.. What happens when the one person you have dreamed about meeting is the one who is trying to kill you?
